Covered Walkway

Here at Broughton-Hall Fencing we manufacture and install covered walkways and canopies for factories, schools, hospitals and public places. As all the design, planning and manufacturing is carried out in house this enables us to be very competitive.

Our walkways are fabricated from RHS box section and galvanised after fabrication. This can then be powder coated making them maintenance free. The roof, and sides if necessary, are then clad with UV resistant polycarbonate sheeting.

Crash Barrier

Since it's original design for use on highways this versatile barrier system has been adapted for protection against moving vehicles in a wide range of situations, both indoors and outdoors. It is widely used in storage areas, loading bays and factories to offer protection to the fabric of building and workers from the hazards of forklift trucks and other moving vehicles.

We supply and install several types of vehicle crash barrier. This can either be bolted to the ground with base plates or concreted in the ground. The standard finish is galvanised or it can also be powder coated.  

Turnstiles

We supply and install pedestrian turnstiles. Starting with the civils through to the access control. The turnstiles can be supplied as single or double units, with or without canopies, and to the customer's own choice of colour.

Traffic Flow Plates

We supply and install traffic flow plates, which also double as a speed ramp. Manufactured from mild steel and stainless steel, which is then galvanised and powder coated. These are far more robust than flow plates with plastic teeth, which have a tendency to snap. Our flow plates are designed to withstand light traffic through to articulated lorries. 

Cycle/Smoking Shelters
We manufacture and install various sized cycle/smoking shelters, offered in a galvanised finish or a galvanised and powder coated finish.
